  11. Attach the handlebar to the handlebar post with two sets of screws and washers. Thread by hand and then tighten with hex wrench.
  12. Insert the seat post, which has 11 adjustment holes, into the square hole at the rear of the frame. Loosen adjustment knob, place it in the desired hole and hand tighten the knob. Test for firm engagement.
  13. Loosen the adjustment knob located under the seat post, turning counterclockwise. Slide the seat carriage into the seat post, locking it into one of the five adjustment holes. Hand tighten adjustment knob and test for firm engagement.
  14. Place seat on top of carriage post, so it points straight ahead. Tighten M8 hex nuts (already on the bracket on the bottom of the seat) until secure with combination tool.
